step shit again

today step new shit again
got one auntie approach to my counter and want to apply card
i never saw this type code before

cuz card never print out before
then i assume as new applicant

after break got one bastarb
the time i want close shift
slot manager proceed to mc3 counter
said why malay can hold H1 card
i said malay cannot hold H1 card
they only can get H9 card only
after that
the manager said this is a H1 card that gsa issued for the geust
then i check
dunno which senior issued to the guest last year
and help the guest change to chinese name
then i call mc1 senior..
senior ask me updated all the detail and change back the name follow the IC
and
change type code to H9
after i done all
i just know i cannot print that card from mc3
senior said need to asked the slot manager and that guy proceed to CP
then my collegue help me fill up the submit cash envelope
but she wrongly fill up
and i NGAM by a.m
again
that time counter really busy like hell
how i close shift....
